Article IV. Refund Policy

____ In the event you provide Ready Mortgage Corp with the home information, and, Ready Mortgage Corp is not successful in getting the property listed on MLS and realtor.com within 30 days from that date, any monies paid will be refunded within 5 business days. There will be no other conditions on which refund requests will be processed.
